Jason’s Corner is a dream come true for owners Shelly Furqueron, Chef Jason Lafountain and his wife Kathy. They purchased the restaurant formerly known as Deli Touch in the Canal Street Historic District and fashioned it into a wonderful Bistro/Deli eatery, offering a wide variety of dining and catering. Chef Jason Lafountain has over ten years experience as an executive chef and Shelly Furqueron has managed restaurants for over 20 years. Kathy Lafountain designs custom cakes for any occassion.
